Description
This is my pride & joy. I bought it in 2011 off a chap who was selling it because he was emigrating to Australia. I am the third owner from new. As soon as I saw it. I said I would have the bike. It was gleaming just as you can see in the photographs. it is admired wherever I go. It had 11.000 miles on when I bought it. and now has 13.782 miles on. the year of manufacture is 1995. I have MOT's from when the 2nd owner bought it in 2008 showing 9026 miles. then a further SIX (Seven. it will have a new MOT from November 2013) showing consecutive mileage up to 13. 82. There is not a Scratch/Blemish anywhere on this bike. and everything works just as it is supposed to.
Since I have had the bike it has NEVER been ridden in the rain. and never been out during the winter months. Come and have a look for yourself if you do not live too far away. I am available most days. but if you do come. I bet you buy it. This is your chance to purchase a Harley in 'Mint' condition. for a fraction of the price of a new one.
The V5c is in my name since I bought the bike on the 15/7/2011. and I have the receipt from the chap who I bought it off.
The tyres have plenty of tread on them. the front was changed for a new Dunlop on 8/9/2011. at mileage 10. 28. the rear was changed two years previously. The oil in the 'Engine' has been changed annually. and it's like new oil. The bike has had 'Teardrop' mirrors fitted. a windscreen. a Parcel rack. a 'Skull' rear light. and a new rear L. E. D. brake light. together with an 'Airhorn' and cover. The rear Drive Belt has not been changed. but it has never given me an ounce of trouble. The bike has a low seat height. it is possible to put 'both' your feet on the ground. It comes with two workshop manuals. there are also an extra pair of Arlen Ness Mirrors. plus the original 'Harley Davidson' ones.
I am selling this bike now because my wife is not very well. and there are too many 'idiots' on the roads today. plus I am seventy years of age. I will be very sad to see it go. because you could NEVER buy another one in such a wonderful condition.
Strictly CASH on collection. you can ride it if you like. just as long as I am in possession of the money beforehand.
