This bike has had extensive restoration and upgrades carried out. It has been restored and rebuilt regardless of cost by the previous owner. The engine has been fitted with an electronic ignition it also benefits from a belt driven primary drive. Amal lovers look away now it has been fitted with 34mm Mikuni upgrade. However if you are familiar with commandos you will know that you are unable to take your hand of the throttle as they don't like to tick over. This bike starts easily first or second kick hot or cold and it idles at a dependable 1000rpm. The engine does not have any nasty rattles or knocks the 4 speed gearbox works fine.

The frame has been powder coated and has no scratches or marks. The tank is unmarked and side panels are perfect with no dints the paint looks bright and fresh. The Akront deep dish alloy rims have been

fitted with stainless steel spokes. It has a fork brace and steering damper It is fitted with Lock heed caliper and drilled disc. The back and front stainless mudguards are excellent. The chrome is excellent throughout. Finally. the pièce de résistance is the Cibie concave headlamp it looks fantastic not to mention the cost of these units that's if you can locate one. I have receipts for materials and work carried out for over £4300. this does not cover everything that has been done!
