Buell XB 1200 Translucent blue lightning scg

up for sale my buell xb1200 lightning scg. The bike is immaculate condition and has never been out in the rain. it has only2982 miles from new i am the first and only lady owner since it was purchased from a harley davidson centre in july 2009. I have a full dealer service history. the tax and mot are until the end of june 2014. It is kept in the garage from october to may every year. it has a new battery and had a new voltage regulator fitted and at the same time was serviced had iridium plugs installed and synthetic oil. There is a datatag alarm fitted and comes with a harley davidson trickle charger. The bike is totally original except for uprated headlamp bulbs and tax disc holder. The only fault i have ever had with the bike is that some staples pulled out of the old seat and this was replaced under warrant and the seat has now been modified with a huge button rivet underneath to prevent this happening again. There are no buell stickers on the tank but i do have them i have all the spare keys etc. that were supplied with the bike. This model is the scg which has a lower centre of gravity than the standard model the seat height is lower and the forks are shorter making it an ideal purchase for a lady and would not really be suitable for anyone more than six feet tall. The technology in this very last ever produced buell is fantastic the brakes are out of this world the fuel is in the frame and the oil is all in the swinging arm all designed to keep the weight at the lowest point. This bike will become a collectors item and i have had dealers from germany trying to buy it but not at the right price. i am not interested in offers or swaps or dealer enquiries. the price is the price and there will not be a better bike out there for the money and super low mileage and the first person to view will buy.
