2011 BMW S 1000 RR SUPER SPORT MOTORBIKE

This is my beloved bike which I've been intending to sell for the past twelve months but have always resisted the urge because I genuinely do not want to sell this bike as I love it so much. though have no choice now but to sell.
I've just moved home which resembles a building site and to cut to the chase simply need the money to go towards it's renovation.
I also have nine points. nearly had 12 which is a ban though allowed on a speed awareness course which is this Friday!
Besides. the mileage is only 3300 as never get the time to ride so really is money just sitting there not to mention the insurance.
The bike was supplied brand new directly to me from BMW of Clarkes of Birmingham (U. K Model). No one else has ever rode this bike. It is an '11 Reg.
The bike has extra's which were fitted by Clarke's at time of purchase. these include tinted high bubble screen as shown in photographs (think I still have the original also in garage). crash bobbins and spools for paddock stand. It was also fitted by them with a genuine BMW anti-theft alarm (Model DWA 6) which comes complete with two fobs. alarms do not come as standard on these bikes.
The bike is in superb condition and has been extremely well looked after. never dropped. scrapped or anything like that. Mind you. it has only just done 3300 miles after all.
Colour is Yellow as supplied new. Full BMW service history. Just had a full service a few hundred miles ago. Lots of tread on the front and rear is brand new. a k3.
Everything is present with this bike as you would get as if it was new. keys. manuals. coding plug etc.
This is the top Sport model with race gear assist. motorad race abs. dynamic traction control and rider modes.
