The liquid-cooled 748cc V4 runs and produced 118 horsepower from the factory, thanks in part to titanium connecting rods and 16 valves actuated by dual gear-driven overhead camshafts. Components unique to the RC30 include the cylinder heads, valvetrain, crankshaft, pistons, oil pump, and water pump.
