2017 BMW R-Series

BMW R-1200 GS Rallye edition. TKC 80 Continental tires installed has 800 miles on them, engine crash bar installed. New Garmin $500 dollar navigation unit with the off-road maps available, new model March 2020. 3 bags installed, 1 electronic key and one emergency plastic key, booster plug installed, ref boosterplug.com for info. Booster plug makes the engine run a little richer at all times, the lean factory mix to meet the EPA is just too lean for the engine. K&N air filter installed, all service up to date, do mine own oil changes, using Motul Ester based oils. Service light is on due to 12 months duration has passed but I have worked overseas and not ridden the bike at all. I will have the light reset. Bike is just awesome, it's like having 3 bikes in one, the modes is road, rain, enduro, enduro pro and race or dynamic BMW calls it. I have 6 bikes, cutting down to 1. 2 small scratches on the left engine guard, other than that the bike is perfect. Sport suspension on the Rallye edition is the same as the bigger GSA versions, longer travel when you go off-road. OEM muffler is modified to breathe better, I opened it up a bit, much better sound, but not loud. Catalytic converter and torque valve not touched.
