Triumph Tiger Cub trials bike T20C 1957 200cc V5c Matcing Numbers

This is the much sought after Tiger Cub T20 Competion. Last time I checked there were only 3 registered in the UK. This is one of the bikes that gave people the dream of a reliable commuter through the week, returning up to 80mpg, that was also a fun machine for weekend freedom, exploring the lanes and moderate off roading. Tax and MOT exempt and low cost to insure, so could offer very cheap and stylish motoring.
This one has had an easy life in the kinder climate of California, where it appears to have spent most of its life parked in a barn, with an unverifiable 11353 miles on the clock. It is a matching numbers bike and has been registered by me with a historic number plate. It has been a cherished project lovingly stripped and restored with no expense spared. It has many new parts including the expensive Electrex World ignition and lighting kit, and lining the fuel tank with a professional 2 pack paint. I have also sourced the original manual, parts list and Haynes manual for it to add to its history. This is a really great example that could be further restored or ridden like it is, but sadly I have now run out of time and money as my wife is demanding a new kitchen and thinks that is more important than this beautiful classic bike! Currently it runs lumpily and cuts out, so needs timing and tinkering to get it running well. The electrics are unplugged following installing the electronic ignition kit (original points and parts will come with the bike for the purist). The front forks are loosely assembled and need rebuilding (seals, washers and fork oil will come with it). Spare parts coming with bike: Original manual and parts catalogue, Haynes manual, new battery and 6v charger, fork oil, seals and washers, Electrex STK200L and rotor puller (fitted and over £400 in parts), back brake light switch, in line fuel filter, all of the original parts of the ignition system removed to fit the electronic one.
