BSA Bantam genuine original D1 123cc 1949

This BSA Bantam is a genuine original D1 1949 it comes with all it original documentation verifying its provenance.
This bike was used from new by the fist owner until 1952.
It was the laid up in a garage in London until 2010 when builders redeveloping the property found it at the back of a garage behind decades of junk. It was then purchased by Mr. Burley who got the bike registered with a new v5. Mr. Burley was a member of the BSA bantam club and an engineer. He replaced the rings seals and clutch plates doing the bare minimum to keep its authenticity. He only used it for shows riding it around arenas.
In 2015 due to personal circumstances Mr. Burley advertised it within the club. I then became the next custodian I have not ridden it on the road I just start it now and again run it around the garden.
It starts it runs it stops and changes gear positively.
The lights work still on the original cable set up. The kick start spring is a bit weak but it is 75 years old. I have no reason to doubt the mileage but cannot guarantee this.
