Description
This is a genuine and very original Triumph X75 Hurricane. It has been recommissioned not restored and great running order after several years in storage. A serious investment with a huge history folder. Low mileage.
Bodywork is immaculate, seat great condition and the rest of the bike is lovely. Just needs a polish. Bike was imported from the USA and is currently on a NOVA. With all the documentation. I have owned the bike for several years and it's been a dream to ride.
It's not just a bike, it's a time capsule for one of the most sort after bikes around.
Comes with Original sales tag, Extremely rare book “A Hurricane Named Vetter” signed by Craig Vetter, Original sales brochures and Triumph paperwork.
Bike is great running order and was immaculate. Has been garaged for the past two years but started regular. Needs a polish on the chrome but stunning machine. Frame has not been restored so shows sign of age.
The headstock has been replaced with a stronger aluminium type, but it comes with the originals.
It also comes with some spares and a brand new set of carbs, although it currently has the originals on.
Original genuine Borrani wheels with stainless spokes. Beautiful condition.
Original exhausts in lovely condition.
This is a complete time capsule with a lot of paperwork, receipts etc. from 1972, to present day. Ready to ride. Simply apply for the UK plate and you have the perfect machine, or keep for investment.
Not looking to swap or deal. Downsizing my collection so have put it on a sale.
Would consider sensible offers, but please research. These are rare bikes and with the paperwork file, even rarer.
£500 deposit required by PayPal. Balance by bank transfer.
Buyer collects after cleared funds, may be able to arrange delivery depending on area.
Happy to answer any questions.
***IMPORTANT NOTE. A very lovely person has just pointed out some unclear terminology. It's not the Headstock that has been changed, it's the Top and Bottom yokes. The original yokes will come with the bike, but stronger billet yokes were fitted as the original ones were extremely weak.
