Limited edition only 500 made. Comes with custom matching special number plate. 8000 km absolutely immaculate. Rego until 5th January. Genuine Australian delivery not an import. Only 14 came to Australia. Most of we're raced and modified. Only 2 original untouched, unmodified examples, known left in Australia.
Won't find one like this anywhere. Second owner past 33 years, bought still under warranty with 1700 km. Always garaged. Factory parts include titanium rods and valves, Nissin magnesium callipers and gearbox housings. Aluminium tank and sump, kevlar fairings. Close ratio 6 speed gearbox, with tall/long first gear. Ohlins rear shock, Showa forks, 38mm flatslide Mikuni carburettors. (All standard factory equipment). Log book, owners manual, tool kit, 2 same numbered original keys, microfish, pouch and original exhaust as new.
Never raced, crashed, modified or ridden in rain. Washed only a handful of times.
All original tags, labels, stickers, grips, rubbers from factory. Only oil, fluids, plugs, and one set of tires ever changed. The best full synthetic oil, plus filter changed every 2 years. The best coolant used and replaced regularly also. Extremely fussy careful owner.
This bike's never had a hard time. Never seen the redline, or hard braking. Never been leant over fully or hard cornering. Obvious just by looking at the tyres. Fastidious owner, first to see will buy. Retailed for $30,000 plus ORC $33,000 in 1989.
