Sunbeam S8 500cc 1955 good bike toured France and Spain with Craven luggage

My lovely Sunbeam S8 has taken me to France and Spain and been well serviced and maintained, but not restored. I have owned the bike since May 2017. I bought lockable Craven luggage (pictured) for touring and this comes with the bike (including the mounting rack). The lockable cases can be removed easily on arrival so can also serve as the luggage holders (no need for bags inside).
Please check the pictures for condition, this is a working, classic, shaft drive, motorcycle, well travelled, garage stored and still used for local runs. It is not restored beyond what has been needed to keep it running well, it is mechanically very sound and starts easily, often on first kick. I have adapted the ignition to redundant spark - works very well. A lot has been spent on servicing over the years, with a new battery last year, new carburettor a few years earlier (original available with bike) and many other service items. There is a folder of receipts going back many years, it is not comprehensive.
The Sunbeam S8 is a civilised gentleman's classic British motorcycle. It is a smooth ride with rubber-mounted engine (rubber snubbers were replaced a couple of years ago) and shaft drive, the S8 is widely praised for its calm, vibration-free cruising. Its unusual longitudinal inline twin engine and shaft drive give it a uniquely refined, almost automotive feel, different from typical British bikes of the era. A very usable bike, easy starting, with a light clutch, and predictable controls make it a pleasure to ride, even in slow or town riding. Quiet, dignified character means it delivers a composed, almost elegant riding experience. Evolution over the S7 - the S8 is lighter, handles better, and feels more usable day-to-day, while keeping the innovation of the earlier design.
