A genuine 1967 Lambretta SX200, matching engine and frame numbers, with an excellent history.

This scooter was professionally rebuilt in the mid-1990s by the highly respected Disco Dez when he was at Classically Italian back in 1994, and I have confirmation from him that he carried out the work and does remember this scooter. This was one of x2 SX's that were commissioned by a big name within the advertising creative industry. See photo attached.

Dez spared no expense restoring this using only genuine Italian parts. Really, any inspection is truly welcomed. Even the wiring in the headset is a joy to view! Even has underseal.

After its restoration, the scooter spent approximately 30 years on display in an art gallery, meaning it has been carefully stored indoors for most of its life since the rebuild and NEVER up until 2026 been on the road.

I acquired this from the original creative guy that back in 2023. I can honestly say this SX had never been on the road since the mid 90s, I had the flywheel re- magnetised, cleaned the fuel tank, new plug /oil etc. Put new chrome wheels and tyres and it started the 2nd kick.

I know I'm going to regret letting this go.
