Royal Enfield 500 Bullet works replica.

1957 - Tax and MOT exempt.

1957 Clipper frame - The very light fabricated type rather than the cast headstock one.

The motor is a 1955 JS which has had a Hitchcocks roller big end conversion. with a flat top piston and soft cams.

Its sparked by a Lucas Wader competition magneto. with a MK1 Amal Carb.

Coupled to an early 50's gearbox (the narrow type to make the bike that much thinner)

It is running the smallest crank and gearbox sprocket available and has been converted to 520 final drive chain

I built this bike around 10 years ago and it has been totally reliable. I have competed in the Talmag. Pers Simon and lots of local Dorset Club trials.

The bike is very competitive in the right hands. in the right class

Some dents and scratches have been picked up over the years. but over all the condition is very nice and mechanically very sound.
