2006 Kawasaki Z1000 (A6F)

For sale is my pride and joy. I've owned this bike for the last 4 years and in that time I have done many modifications to it and the bike has wanted for Nothing !

Reason for sale is down to a lack of use/medical problems and I'm gutted that she has to go. but I can no longer justify keeping the bike.

The bike has a partial main dealer service history. but I have maintained the bike myself to a standard that in my opinion far exceeds the dealer schedule. The Oil and filter has been changed every year irrespectively of the low mileage covered. The Brake fluid has also been changed every year and the calipers stripped and cleaned. Spark plugs and air filter have also been done regularly. I have kept a detailed log of all work carried out since I have owned the bike.

Both ignition keys and the all important Red master key is present. as is all the original books that came new with the bike. The bike has just had its MOT. and I have all the previous ones also. I have just declared the bike as SORN so it only has a few days tax left (I have always Sorned the bike over the winter months and it has only been ridden in inclement weather when I have been been out on the bike and got caught in the rain !)

The bike is in outstanding condition but has the odd stonechips on it as can be expected from normal wear and tear. Everything works as it should do and the bike has never been crashed or dropped. It always attracts attention when at bike meets etc.

Regarding the mechanical condition of the bike it has Michelin Pilot Road 2 tyres that are hardly worn. I fitted a new DID X Ring gold chain and sprockets just over a 1200 miles ago and the Battery is just over a year old. Brake pads are still good and all the wheel bearings were changed with the chain. as a precaution. The Engine starts on the first prod of the button. every time. whatever the weather.

Gold anodisised brake/clutch levers with adjustable span and red adjusters

Im looking for £4250 as the bike stands and £300 for the extras as detailed above.

I'm not interested in swapping the bike for ANYTHING so don't even ask. as I will ignore it.

The bike is also advertised elsewhere so be quick !
