Armac 230cc Triumph Tiger cub pre 65

Built 2 years ago and only used a few times at my local trials practice ground to setup/run in my Cub is now for sale due to age. infirmity and lack of riding skill.

ENGINE

T20B 230cc alloy barrel. Kawasaki piston (Whitton) fitted with "R" cam. Heads perfect (no fin damage) new valves. guides and heavy duty valve springs. Whitton pushrod access plate. Armac inlet manifold. new 22mm Dellorto carburettor. Extra long stainless cylinder studs/stainless closed head nuts. New big end and all new bushes and bearings. PVL ignition (Whitton) Primary chain tensioner. New clutch chainwheel. plates and springs. Modified alloy pressure plate operated by radial needle roller bearing. Gearbox sprocket access plate (Whitton) Gearbox has all new bearings and bushes. Trials low first and second gears. Armac clutch operating mechanism (one finger operation)Outer casing removed and modified kick start mechanism fitted. Gas Gas kick start (I think!) Alloy selector plate cover and CNC alloy gear lever. Armac engine breather plumbed into sub-frame. gearbox breather. Runs on fully synthetic oil

CYCLE PARTS

Armac mainframe. swinging arm. sub-frame and petrol tank. Armac airbox. Armac exhaust pipe. Armac chain slipper and alloy rear wheel spindle. Oil feed changed to primary side and oil filter fitted under engine. Side stand fitted. Short rear guard and alloy lower guard that keeps mud and water off gearbox and engine. Slightly longer seat. alloy based and nicely covered (I also have original Armac seat) New Rockshocks. New rear chain and sprockets. CNC alloy yokes (Whitton) fitted with reducers and 32mm fork Marazzochi fork legs. These are fitted with CNC mudguard brackets and substantial alloy brace/mudguard stay. The bike will also be supplied with a set of 35mm Marazzochi forks fitted into late cub heavyweight legs (see pic) that are nearly finished. No wheel spindle to fit these though. Amal throttle and levers. Renthal bars

WHEELS

Front and rear alloy CNC hubs (Whitton). stainless steel spokes and Morad rims. alloy wheel spindles front and rear, Front and rear alloy brake plates (front has both pivots adjustable) and new brake shoes, Quick action brake cams and stainless steel operating levers, Sealed bearings. alloy spacers that operate on a secondary set of seals

When put on a set of bathroom scales weighed in at approx. 67kg

As can be seen the bike has been built to a pretty high spec. Not much else to do. it's only had shakedown use. the powder coatings still all there apart from one or two small scratches and a very small dent to the petrol tank (unable to photograph it) but hey it's a trials bike!
