Ducati 748 with 853 Engine and Many trick parts

This is my very special Ducati 748/853.
Built by Neil at Cornerspeed Ducati it was his personal bike for 10 years. He bought the bike back last year and I purchased it from him.
Before collection in November last year the bike had a major service:
Belts, Valve, Clearances Clutch service, Brake fluid, Oil and filter. Also fitted a brand new old stock top fairing as original was stone chipped. New battery.
The bike is now ready to ride for this year. an impending house purchase means I have put up for sale a couple of bikes from my collection this being one of them.
Specification as follows:
Later Showa front forks with 65mm caliper spacing. Ohlins fork springs. Ohlins aluminium bodied rear shock (rare). Ohlins steering damper. Forged Magnesium Marchesini wheels. Renthal sprocket and carrier. Brembo cast iron fully floating discs. Brembo 65mm 4 pot gold calipers. Brembo radial brake master cylinder. Brembo radial clutch master cylinder. Lightweight rear disc. Cornerspeed clutch slave cylinder. Open clutch cover. Ducati Corse Slipper clutch (just serviced). Ducati Corse rearsets. Carbon airbox. Carbon heel guards. Carbon Exhaust cover. Carbon chain guard. Long Titanium Termignoni cans 50mm half system. Single seat unit included.
The engine was built by Neil and is his specification to 853cc. it has a lightened and balanced crank. flowed heads. +1mm valves. T1 SPS cams and numerous other mods to provide a reliable and free revving motor. Fueling is taken care of by an FIM chip and race air filters.
The bike is in excellent condition but is 16 years old. it has all the right parts including a very special engine and it worth more in parts alone than the value of the bike.
Having just been serviced by Neil you can be assured it is ready to ride and any work that needed doing was done.
I'm open to sensible offers but to build a bike to this spec would cost thousands. dealers are asking upwards of £7k for bikes this specification and less.
I don't want any part exchange so this is a straight sale only. bike will only be released once funds are cleared or it is paid for in cash.
