Balco Triumph 230 Tiger cub trials one of best in UK. pre 65 twinshock classic

A very special trials Cub.
Road registered. Only ridden a handful of times. Built using all new or New old stock parts.

Frame.
New Nickle plated lightweight fabricated Otter frame. with modified engine position and rear end. Swing arm machined to take roller bearings. Oil in frame.

Wheels.
Built with new alloy dark green anodised rims and stainless spokes on to tiger cub hubs. To give a perfect brakes. shoes have been machined on brakeplates to hub radius. We hand fabricate all brake arms and pedal to give best leverage.

Suspension.
New old stock Marzocchi 32mm forks. New Falcon expert shocks.

Engine.
We start with bare vapour blasted crankcases. ate type square barrel engine. twin roller type crank. New 230 alloy barrel using Kawasaki piston. New conrod and all bearings and seals. New valve guides. valves and springs. Trials gearbox with special high top gear for improved road speed. Alloy clutch with special four plate system. stronger clutch and lightweight pull. Modified oil pump and breather system. Modified crankcases for easy engine sprocket change. Electronic digital ignition system. Delorto carb. Stainless front pipe with underseat exhaust. which exits exhaust gasses down under rear mudguard so no protruding tailpipe. Fabricated mini kickstart and billet gearlever.

Everything either plated. polished or anodised. Very competitive and much admired.
