Description
Here is my Harley for sale. It's a 1998 FLSTC heritage classic. 1340cc last of the EVO engines. standard carb model not injected. manual choke. Mileage is around the mid 26. 00 mark. can go and check if you want an exact one. number plate is KUD 87 worth around £1000. Was bought from a American air force base in Belgium. and was owned by a American fighter pilot. then owned by the fella I got it from so 3 owners from new. Ok now for the upgrades. top down. all parts unless stated are proper Harley parts. 30" beach bars with new Harley logo riser. all chrome switching gear including switches. leather and chrome grips. round old school style mirrors. all Harley braided cables. throttle. clutch etc. all electric wires fed through handle bars so not visible. Lights are - standard headlight with Road King headlight Nacelle and frenched headlight ring. Passing light are new clear glass style ones ones (changeable bulbs to save cash) again with frenched light rings. indicators are bullet style. clear glass coloured bulbs. frenched rings.
Front forks are full chrome (unless stated all chrome parts are chromed replacement parts not chrome covers) forks have lowered springs giving around 2" drop. front wheel is standard 40 spoke with Avon gangster whitewalls. standard disc brake but full chrome calliper.
Harley-Davidson nut covers on axel nuts. front fender has been de-badged and old school fender tips put on to replace the light up style ones. fender guard bars put on. plain chrome fender skirt. Tank is a much larger custom 6 gallon tank. standard controls on it but with all black removed. Harley leather tank cover with pouch (fits the alarmed disc lock perfectly). petrol caps are old school style enameled ones. the petrol line between the two tanks is a custom one that can be pulled in half and has a cut off. tank re-badges with 50's style badges.
Seat is a leather Corbin single on springs. super comfy! has a custom made ali battery and electrics cover under it sprayed to match tank. Rear fender has had all seat holes welded and any unnecessary moulds removed. rear light has chrome cover. indicators as front. fender tip matches front and has fender guard bars. standard 40 spoke rear wheel. chrome brake calliper. Avon gangster white wall tyre. the whole rear end. full swing arm and everything else is fully chromed. new chrome lightweight belt drive on. and has large 70's style belt driver guard. even the dirt guard behind the rear wheel is chromed. Swing arm is on air and can be dropped to the ground or lifted to normal height. air gauge and switches are on top of the handle bar riser. compressor down by swing arm To save time writing. everything on the engine has been replaced with full chrome parts. everything! also has a custom winged horn cover not available in the Harley catalog. chrome dizzy cover. chrome regulator cover. chrome oil filter etc. etc. braided oil hose covers. has a Arlen Ness oil pressure gauge up by the tank. S&S super air filter and old school horn cone. 50's style fish tail exhaust. with baffles. still super loud and bloody awesome sound. more so coz its not injected. so got he great old pop pop sound. more so when warmed up and running on low tick over. back fires nice when de-accelerating. (have original exhaust for fussy MOT stations) put a video in the pics but really don't give you a idea of how loud it is. Gear. brake and front foot rests are 50's style ones. front crash bars. new gel battery. full re-spray in black and red mica paint with gold pinstripe and 4 coats of clear. sanded and polished. style taken of a 50's Harley. real old school look but with a modern twist with the mica paint. paint work is mint. literally thousands spend on upgrades. doesn't look anything like it came out of the factory. totally unique and a real conversation piece an head tuner. Bike isn't perfect as it is a 98. but is in lovely condition. paint is new an chrome is great. It will come with 12 months MOT. will be sorting that this week as its stood for the winter and the MOT ran out. it will piss through. and will have 6 months tax too.
