Triumph Rocket 3 Brooklands Trike

A superb no expense spared Trike Conversion of a 2006 Triumph Rocket 3 Designed and Crafted by Trike Design in November 2010. Trike design are arguably one of this Country's foremost manufacturers of Trikes.

It is styled as their Brooklands Conversion with paintwork to match the original Triumph colours and includes the original Gold Pin Stripes. The full bodywork also has a useable locking boot. The Mudguards are removable which is an excellent design in case one of them becomes damaged and can be replaced individually if necessary.

Under the skin lies some impressive engineering (Pictures attached). The rear independent suspension is fully adjustable. The Differential unit which includes a built in reverse is manufactured by Elite Racing Transmissions (http://www.eliteracingtransmissions.com/product-category/motorbike-engine/).

The Front Forks are held in Custom Made Yokes which they use on their own Rocket 3 conversion. Using these increases the front rake. and allows for a smooth none shimmy steering even at speed.

It comes with a Datatool S4 Anti Theft Alarm and Immobiliser with two remote controls.

There are a whole host of extras added. A full touring windscreen with an added laminar lip to ease the airflow over the rider and prevent buffeting coupled with Triumph Lower leg wind deflectors.

Apart from the original Speedometer there is also included matching Triumph Fuel and Clock units. Also included are heated hand grips. Engine Crash Bar and forward foot pegs. all manufactured by Triumph. It also has a pair of Triumph Halogen Spotlights fitted. Also has fitted Hazard warning lights.

To maintain the stunning looks all suspect Chrome has been replaced.

If you are a shy and retiring person this is not for you. Wherever you go it attracts lots of attention and questions. Riding it always makes you smile and I have enjoyed every minute that I have owned it.

This is a unique machine and may be the only example in the UK. It cost over £25000 to create. and it is now being sold to make way for another project.
