Description
This is my MV Augusta 750SR F4. The last edition of the original 750. a final salute to the last of the line Augusta fitted the full SPR EVO motor to this machine with the highest output of all the 750`s claimed to be 142 hp to this limited edition machine. Close ratio cassette gear box. The technical staff at CRC MV AGUSTA designed a new cylinder head. new inlet ducts. and redesigned the combustion chamber. Also thanks to the MAHLE forged pistons. stamped and with cooling oil jets. the SR engine reaches the rev limiter at 13.000rpm.
This is a very special motorcycle right down to the red Agostini signature on the white faced rev counter (standard 750`s are yellow) and they are very collectable. Apparently this last edition 750F4 was going to be the Ago replica but they changed their mind and made it the new 1000cc version instead. Check out the full specification on the internet. it's really impressive.
MV only made 300 and less than 20 made it into the UK in 2004. I brought it from Streetbike in Birmingham around five years ago and I am the only the third owner. This is a totally standard original bike.
It had 2k on the clock when I got it. It has now covered 11127 fault free miles. I recently fitted a new pair of Pirelli Diablo Cora tyres of the correct fitment and a new high quality Tsubaki drive chain.
I had it fully serviced including the valve clearances. air filter and plugs etc. at 10073 miles. Taxed till September 14 and MOT until July 10th 14 (I could put a new on it if this was an issue. but it's hardly been used since the last one was done) This bike is ready for the summer.
The bike is in very good condition there are just a few very small stone chips on the front fairing cowl as you would expect and a tiny crack at the base of the screen which again is hardly noticeable but it's fair to point this out. The bike lives in the house and has been very well cared for with a complete service history.
It's been wonderful owning it. a real privilege. It was a lovely bike to own. Genuine reason for sale. Please contact me if you have any questions about this bike. I have a friend who would deliver it in the UK for a fee if that was helpful. I am also happy to arrange shipping overseas (at the buyer's expense).
