2012 Honda VFR 1200 F-C Silver

2012 VFR1200F-C. First registered 1st March 2012.

Here I have my 2012 (facelift model) VFR1200F-C for sale. I bought the bike new from Kent Motorcycles in Canterbury. Kent on 1st March 2012. The Bike is Metallic Blade Titanium. not seen many in this colour. It has 16475 miles and Full Honda Main Dealer History (Kent Motorcycles).

The bike has the following:

ABS braking. Traction Control. Slipper Clutch. Honda's HISS immobiliser. 3 piece colour coded Honda hard luggage set. Honda heated grips (fitted by the dealer). Honda centrestand. Datatool System 4 C1 Red Thatcham approved alarm/immobiliser (fitted by the dealer). R&G radiator guard. Pyramid Hugger and front mudguard extender. Helibar risers. Telferiser satnav mount. Black ASV levers with black adjuster wheels. Matt finished DAM exhaust with removable baffle. Switched 12v supply for satnav. Ventura pannier liners. Michelin Pilot Road 4 tyres fitted approx. 3000 miles ago.

As I have already said. the bike has a full Honda history with Kent Motorcycles carrying out the work:

19th March 2012 - 610 miles

12th September 2012 - 4269 miles

26th July 2013 - 8411 miles

2nd May 2014 - 12138 miles (oil and filter change carried out by myself using Castrol Power 1 10W-30 oil and a Honda Filter)

10th September 2014 - 15324 miles

On top of this I changed the final drive oil on 15th April 2014 at 11798 miles and replaced the front brake pads with Honda OEM pads on 15th June 2014 at 13652 miles. The rear shock absorber was replaced under warranty by Honda on 18th June 2014 at 13750 miles.

I have all of the original Honda parts and they will be included with the sale. I have both keys plus an unchipped key for the luggage. both alarm fobs. the owners handbook and a copy of the Honda Service Manual on disc. Although the bike isn't due an MOT until 1st March 2015 I will. of course. put one on once the sale has been agreed.

The bike has only been owned by myself. an apprentice-served Mechanical Engineer with 25 years experience and IAM green badge holder.
