UK CUSTOMERS - we accept payment by credit or debit card. please ring us on 08456-444-900 to process your payment.
You can pay for the goods by cash if you are collecting in person from our showroom. We do not accept bankers drafts or cheques.
Delivery can only be made to the registered address for Paypal or registered address for Credit/Debit Card. No exceptions to this rule.
RETURN POLICY
UK Customers can cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt and return the item for a refund of the item price as long the item is complete with packaging unopened and in a resaleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return when the item is unwanted. unsuitable or bought in error. and we regret that in these cases return postage costs are not refunded.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item then this must be reported as soon as possible and returned to us with packaging. Once the item has been returned by you and received by us the item will be tested and if proven faulty a replacement sent. if no replacement is available or if the product is out of stock then you will be fully refunded. Return postage will be refunded back to you in cases where the product is found to be faulty.
