I bought the Drixton last year. with the intention of racing it myself. or sponsoring someone. but work commitments have changed my plans. Therefore the bike must be sold. This is a beautifully finished bike. an it is a no expense spared build. Full credit to Andy who built it. The Bike will speak for itself. Drixton replica chassis. Honda CB450cc Bored to 500cc CRMC Registered
Frame : Dave Whittle Williams ( Worcester ) Copy of Gordon Browns 1970 Drixton
Yokes : New old stock CB 500T with alloy top tree.
Forks : CB500T sliders with new tubes and Maxton Cartridge conversion.
Clip ons : Spondon 35 mm
Front Brake system : New AP lockheed caliper and new adjustable ratio master cylinder.
Front brake disc : Honda cb750 front carrier modified by CAT engineering ( Lenny Cooper )
Front Wheel Hub : Honda '5 bolt' cb 750 bead blasted with new bearings and laced with WM 3 X18" WHEEL SS spokes by Hagon.
Tank : Alloy custom tanks and designs (Pete Keyte Worcester).
Seat : Fiberglass John Davidson CRMC.
Oil catch tank : RAT motorsport modified.
Carbs : Mikuni VM 36 ( need softer springs. Allens)
Inlets : New rubbers from Allens
Rear wheel : CB350 rear hub with WM3 rim and ss spokes bead blasted with new bearings and retaining rings.
Set of rear sprockets machined to suit wheel and off set.
Rear wheel spindle : SL 350
Fairing Drixton excellent quality in red gel coat from Bill Roberts race fittings.
Rear suspension : Maxton alloy body adjustable shocks.
Rear sets : custom made alloy plates water jetted with Davies motorsport controls.
Exhaust : Full Stainless steel Davis motor sport system with optional secondary silencer box ( removable )
Tyres : very good ( one meeting ) avon race tyres.
Ignition : Rex Caunt racing ( Leicester) self generating system with ignition module.
Rev counter : Krober FA 16
Clutch lever assembly : Yamaha R6
Engine : Both engines built by Ken Garfield and are identical in spec.
Engine 1 has New old stock cylinder head with insert valve seats (not skulls).
Engine 2 has the original head with insert valve seats (not skulls)
Gas flowed head
Mega cycle X7 cams inlet and exhaust.
Race spec valves
Coil spring conversion
Wiseco High comp pistons and rings.

New cages and needle rollers in crank.
