1979 Triumph Bonneville 750 Cafe Racer beautifully engineered in stunning order

Duncan bought this bike standard in 1992 with 22.000 miles on [new speedo fitted during upgrade]. but he has so many vehicles. that he never used it!
Frame number: XA16563 and Engine number: XA16563.
It was in fantastic condition. so eventually in 1998. he decided to totally refresh it. but at the same time. make it into something special. He commissioned PJT Dynamics [ex-Triumph racers]. in Beverley. Yorkshire to build a race bike for the street. Many £1000's later. and 15 years on. Duncan went to collect the finished bike! It is stunning. but aged over 70 years old. Duncan is in no fit state to ride the bike. So here it is.

Here is the information i have: Daylight MOT until February 24th. Rearsets manufactured and fitted. Differential fork yokes fitted. Complete re-wire. Engine re-build to PJT specification. including main bearing conversion. trochoidal oil pump. twin plug cylinder heads with machined combustion chambers/ports/valves/guides/seats etc. Cylinder head bolt conversion. Barnett [kevlar] clutch conversion. PJT 400 profile cam. tappet block conversion. etc. etc etc. Suspension upgraded. Everything re-chromed or Nickel plated. All bearings checked or replaced. New exhaust. electronic ignition. coils. battery etc. etc etc.
The bike runs perfectly. and sounds incredible. just like a period TT bike. It has been test ridden. and set up. and is ready to ride.
The bike is located in Diggle. Saddleworth. for collection/viewing.
