1954 bsa goldstar A rare investment with good potential. This is the machine I rode into third place in the senior race in 1954 aND led it for three laps. made a mess of my pit stop allowing Alistair King to win In so doing he broke the lap record on his last lap. Alistair went on to being an international star of great repute. The machine was restored in 2003 by David Webber and is in excellent running order' There is only one other. Gold Star from that era still in existence. It is a 350 and the one ridden by Jimmy Davie and is believed to be in Edinburgh
