Very rare Italian Lambretta SX200 Innocenti 1968 for restoration

For sale I have a 1968 Lambretta sx200 near on complete in need of full restoration. Frame number starts 8483?? Engine number starts 8486?? The engine and frame numbers are 270 digits apart.
THIS SCOOTER IS A NON RUNNER AND WILL NEED TOO BE REGISTERED FOR USE ON UK ROADS.
RECENTLY IMPORTED FROM ITALY.
As you can see in the photos unfortunately the scooter has suffered a hard life in the last 40+ years along with a bad paint job and some knocks and bangs so is in need of a full restoration cosmetically and mechanically Included with the sale of the scooter but not pictured I do have a originial innocenti good fitting head set top and originial decent condition innocenti front Mudgard. I also have a set of leg shields also originial innocenti but need repairing.
Original NOEMI ROSA seat, Includes ignition key, Speedo reads 10.005 km, Spare wheel carrier/rack included Top end moves freely Gears do select, Inbourd disc brake Grey plastic tool box Rectangle style horncast badge Aluminium clasp style fixing side panels. Slim style dampers
Not so good parts. The head set top is cracked and front Mudgard is scrap along with the horn grill. The leg shields are rusted through on the floor. The kick start has been welded up but I think the shaft has snapped because if you try too kick the engine over the kick start does have some resistance and then jumps and bottoms out! The head front head light rim is missing along with the headlight and the rear light lence.
