This is a genuinely very nice CBR 250. It had obviously been well kept. it's very well serviced and best of all. there's no sign of any damage anywhere. There is one tiny scratch on the side of the tank which is too small to try and photograph and it would take a good look to spot it. A tiny bit of scabbing on that small painted silver cap that's in the middle of the near side black engine casting and a light wall scuff on the side of one of the mirrors. This is ultra minor stuff but it's best to write something!
As you would expect from a Honda. it's spot on! The engine starts enthusiastically. it runs smoothly and rides perfectly with no known fault. The paint is deep and shiny. the wheels look great and the tyres have a very respectable depth of tread. The exhaust sounds much nicer than standard. it's a bit more punchy but not too loud with the baffles in as they are. but there is the option to remove and refit them!
This is a great example that ticks all the boxes! Certainly worth blowing my trumpet about.
My for what it's worth.
This is a great looking light and nimble sports bike with surprisingly good suspension and rewarding handling. Excellent for ripping through town and country alike and very capable of an entry level track day or two. Everyone should have one!

Viewing
You are welcome to come and have a look for yourself. by appointment. I am happy to e-mail pictures direct to your own e-mail address so that you can see greater detail and I am more than happy to answer any questions you have to the best of my knowledge. I describe all my bikes as accurately as I can and do my best to notice as much detail as possible whilst I am cleaning them. I ride all bikes that are being sold as runners before I list them to make sure they ride as they should or as per the description. When you buy a bike from me you are welcome to have a mechanic check it over before you collect.
Transport
I have my own pick up so I may be able to help with local deliveries for a fee.
For deliveries that are a little further afield. I can recommend a very professional motorcycle courier who's delivery costs are more than reasonable (phone number on request) or you can get a free quote from Shiply (it's a web site a bit like eBay where courier companies bid for your delivery) using this link. http://www.shiply.com/rf/TQIGW8UGLA/
I've had some customers who have used the site and have been very pleased with the results.
I'm in South Devon
I am located in beautiful sunny South Hams in Devon close to Plymouth. Exeter and Totnes. so handy for trains or Exeter airport. The roads are twisty and scenic. so why not collect and make a weekend of it. Ride stunning coastal roads or head up on to the moors and end the day with a good meal and a few pints of Jail Ale at the Plume of Feathers in Princetown (there's camping and a bunk house if you over do it!) Head for The Camel and discover the vineyard that beat the best Champaign to hold the title for the world's best sparkling rose. Don't go home without a mega brunch at Cap'n Jaspers on the Barbican in Plymouth. loved by bikers. sailors. later-nighters and. er. pirates!? Spend an evening in great company. alfresco at The Winking Prawn in Salcombe or spend a lazy afternoon at The Oyster Shack in Aveton Gifford. Of course there are cream teas. pasties and some brilliant British surf. Great gastro pubs. beer and loads of B&B's. Most importantly you'll find a welcome from all the bikers in Devon and Cornwall which has the highest density of motorcycles per capita in the UK!
I'm a Trader.
