Ariel Black 550 Sloper S.B 31 classic motorcycle 1931

Here we have a great vintage ARIEL Sloper 550 SB31. still have the original Buff log book. and comes with the original registration number from 1931.
The bike has had various upgrades magneto rebuilt. so easy starting very reliable sidevalve motor. and not for the faint hearted hand gear change which takes getting used to. new exhausts. dynamo reconditioned. new tyres. please use photos as part of the description as this is a very rare motorcycle. please note the clocks are not the genuine ones ie oil pressure gauge. clock etc. but a very honest old bike viewing highly recommended. have advertised elsewhere.

Lots of interest in this bike and people have asked for engine numbers and alike so Engine number is S1008 gearbox has B8PDH-484 stamped but was rebuilt with solo gearing which is great for popping along the lanes. as far as I can tell its only had 2 owners from the Buff log book from 1931 and has always lived in this area. and went through various stages of renovation from 1995 onwards by Ariel Owners Club members.
