BSA C15 250cc Trials Special

Built over the last couple of years based on a Beamish Suzuki rolling chassis the idea was to build a British Engined four stroke hence the C15 Engine
The frame was modified to take the C15 engine and then powder coated.
The Engine fitted is one of the last C15 engines with roller main bearings on both drive and timing side both of these were replaced. The crank was fitted with an Alfa Big End bearing. all gearbox bearing have been replaced. a splined kick start shaft and cranked lever have been fitted. New clutch plates and chainwheel and primary chain.
The engine has a Re-bored Alloy Barrel an SS80 Cylinder Head fitted with new valves and guides and Alloy push rod tube.
The Carb fitted is a 626mm Mk 1 Concentric
PVL Electronic Ignition Fitted.
Wheels have been rebuilt with stainless spokes. new bearings and brake shoes.
Tyres IRC Rear and Michelin front plus new Tubes.
New Alloy fuel Tank and hand made alloy central oil tank. New Cables and all sprockets.
New Betor rear shocks.

The bike has been Ridden in one Trial can be viewed in office hours in the Bourne End area.
