Shortened frame

Custom built bolt on subframe and electrics tray

Totally rewired (eliminating the need for fuses and relays) with Motogadget M unit. push button switchgear. integrated alarm system

Custom made alloy tank and seat unit

Custom made freer flowing exhaust system (sounds awesome)

Custom made dash and speedo housing (billet alloy and stainless steel)

Daytona speedo and tacho with remote switch functions

Custom made rearsets

Custom made projector beam secondary rear lights fitted into rear frame rails

Rero tail light

Custom made alloy front and rear mudguards

Leather tank strap

Polished alloy valve covers

Custom made alloy frame stiffener

New bearings fitted to wheels. steering head. swing arm and drive shaft

New drive shaft UJ

New battery (relocated under the gearbox) with optimate type monitor/charger included

Brake system overhauled and fitted with stainless braided hoses

Bar end mirrors (surprisingly efficient)

All fluids renewed throughout

All filters renewed

Le Mans type engine breather cannister

Carbs rebuilt and correctly jetted to suit the performance filters and free flow exhaust system

New Hagon rear shocks

Front forks rebuilt

New cush drive rubbers

Sachse high performance (crank driven) electronic ignition system fitted. with 9 pre programmed switch selectable ignition maps (computer controlled)

Original distributor removed and the drive blanked off with a custom made billet alloy cover.

Much weight reduction and further enhancements make for a lively performer.

Engine overhauled where necessary. it is 100% mechanically!
