Description
This Triumph Bonneville T120R can only be described as stunning. It is without a doubt the finest example we have ever seen. A complete nut and bolt restoration has been undertaken to bring this bike to a standard that can be described as better than the factory finish. It is also a more desirable US spec bike with a teardrop tank and high handlebars, a little more stylish than the big tank UK version. A very rare find these days in such a condition as this T120R.
The Triumph T120R also won the newly introduced production TT at the IOM in 1967 and 1969, a massive achievement for Triumph. Three years later, factory Triumph rider Malcolm Uphill recorded the first-ever 100mph lap on a production bike. He was also using Dunlop K81 tyres, which were renamed as the famous TT100s after his superb result. The T120R also went on to win the Thruxton 500-mile race.
A very successful bike for Triumph and your opportunity to own a little piece of that history.
We are able to offer a full finance package on this or any bike we have for sale.
