1982 BMW R100 Cafe Racer Bobber

Fully reconditioned R100 from top to bottom. All seals, gaskets, O-Rings, rubber, bolts and washers have been replaced.

The carburetors have been fully disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt, and professionally painted.

The cylinder heads were both removed, cleaned of carbon, rebuilt, and new valve covers with seals.The rear main seal was inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt. Oil filter and cover were replaced, the oil cooler was deleted

Every bolt on the entire motorcycle was replaced and copper anti-seize was applied to each one. The engine and gearbox are now good as the day it was assembled in W Germany. New throttle cables, clutch cable, and brake lines. Brembo calipers were rebuilt with new pads. Gas tank inside was resealed and petcocks rebuilt.

This R100 has not had any modifications to hinder regular maintenance. Maintenance can be carried out by yourself or a professional as you would on a normal R100. This BMW also comes with the original booklet information, manual, and service records from the original owner.

The cafe conversion/ upgrades:

A normal R100 looks stunning in itself, this conversion was to just set it over the edge of any other R100 on the road today. The styling isn't so much a Café Racer as it is a throw back to the simple, clean, and elegant look of the classic bmws of the 50s and 60s, with an attitude.
