Description
Go to the popular media giant and search Greg Rager H2 I have a recent video on there of the start up and a walk around. There is a playlist you can click in and see all the things I have done with the bike.
I did the right engine crank seal, clutch, cables, cleaned and adjusted carbs, tires, brakes, chain, steering damper, rear wheel damper, dual front brakes, etc...
Documented each step and posted so if you have questions or concerns you can see exactly what I did and basically in the order with the dates on the videos. The only thing that varies in the pictures you will see a tail marker reflector missing, I have replaced that since I took the picture.
About the bike, it is AS IS WHERE IS. I am not a motorcycle mechanic, any work performed by me or prior owners should be checked by you or motorcycle mechanic. For the hardcore H2 buyers and part sellers out there: No the numbers do not match, the frame is a 72, the engine casing is a late late 72 or 73.No its not original paint or even the correct color. I did not "restore" the bike nor am I listing it as a restored or museum piece of history. I know exactly what I have, a correct period looking motorcycle that is built for a daily driver and not a collection or to be parted out.
If you have questions please ask, if you are critiquing my mechanic skills or are going to tell me that its not worth. 10 without matching numbers please save your time, your message will go unanswered. Reason for selling: Just had back surgery will be at least a year before I can ride anything, but also have the luxury of just draining the tank and carbs, storing the bike and just start riding again when healed so not a desperation sell. Reserve is in the middle of opening price and buy it now, again search for the videos will answer most questions, still recovering from back surgery last week so will be delayed in answering your questions.
Title clean SC title and motorcycle is currently registered and was being ridden up until the day before my surgery. Previous owner said the motor was .020 over and he rolled back the speedo then, it shows 4837 and he also said he put a Purple Haze Tranny in it, but I cannot verify since I did not see it.
Bike has good compression, has never missed or popped out of gear on me, and he is the owner of a reputable bike shop.
Not Zelle, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Etc... We can go somewhere close to exchange cash if you want, Bank, Gas Station, Fire Station, Police, all within a few minutes of my house. Again just had back surgery, I cannot help you load, start, move, pickup or anything with the bike. If you want to arrange shipping to you as long as they bring the cash with them, just make sure they have all they need to get the bike to where you are.
