Triumph speed triple 1050 RS 2018 (heavily modified)

For sale is my 2018 Triumph speed triple 1050 RS.
The bike has been highly modified to a very high standard. Modifications include:
Full professional respray in VW dolphin grey (£1000)
Wheels and body details have been resprayed in bronze (£400)
Motodemic adaptive LED single headlight conversion (£1200)
Austin racing GP3 slip on titanium exhaust (£750)
The bike has been remapped taking the BHP from 148 to 165 (£600)
R&G tail tidy (£100)
Rizoma fuel cap (£100)
Rizoma handlebar clamp (£150)
Motone microblade flyscreen (also painted the same colour as the bike) (£150)
The seat has been professionally upholstered in black/grey alcantara (£500)
Quadlock contactless phone charger mount (£60)
Short brake and clutch levers (£150)

The bike also has every available Triumph official aftermarket upgrade including:
Aluminium fluid reservoirs Crash bungs and fork protectors
Aluminium cable tidyLED indicators (front and back)(£???)
I am probably missing a couple of things out.
The bike also comes with all of the original parts including the arrow sports exhaust, original headlight cluster etc, which can either be put back on or sold for a nice little profit.
As you can see I have spent thousands on this bike, which is reflected in the price. The bike has very rarely been used before or after the modifications which is one of the reasons I am selling it. The bike is in showroom condition. As I'm sure you know photos don't do bikes justice and this one really has to be seen to be appreciated. Everywhere you go people are in awe of it. I would honestly rather not be selling this bike as I know I will not find anything as eye catching as this one in the future but, with my current situation and how little the bike is being used I just can't justify having it sitting there and would rather someone else enjoy it properly.
The bike has just had it's MOT a couple of weeks ago, has full triumph service history and has just been sorn due to lack of use. Test rides will not be permitted unless the viewer has proof of insurance and if serious about buying I will sort out a months tax so that this can be made possible but, I assure you the bike rides better than new with the upgrades.
