1955 Harley-Davidson Other, Black

1955 frame and frontend. Fresh rebuilt 4 speed transmission with all Andrews gears. Its a stroker motor, house of horsepower cases, with dual plug 66 shovelhead cylinders and heads, Dual Accel coil ignition, 4 3/4 truit and osborn flywheels S&S solid lift cam. S&S oil pump and pistons. 40mm weber carburetor. Kick start only, easy to start once you get the technique. Bike also comes with 1955 cases in the photos. A nice set of cases. No cracks that I can find. 2 motor mounts have been repaired, very nicely done. Belly #s do not match. They are usable 1955 cases in good shape with title. This is a very well built motorcycle and very dependable. It needs nothing. Bike is quick. Foot clutch hand shift. No funny noises in motor or transmission. there are no china parts on this bike. Nice period correct chopper. Look at photos carefully because they are part of the description. This bike is tagged and insured and ridden and in my name with the 1955 title. You will not be disappointed. Bike has less then 500 miles on it since built. Also I have a folder full of receipts for the build. Cash on pick up or bank wire only.
