Harley-Davidson WLA 45 with hand clutch as well as the foot clutch

Up for sale is my beloved 1942 WLA Harley Davidson.
Bike was purchased before the first lock down by myself from Andy Tiernan at Andybuysbikes as a complete dismantled project.
The story was that the bike was dismantled many years ago to paint, however, the project never progressed any further than the dismantling for many years. Luckily the majority of the original parts were still there. Subsequently I rebuilt the bike through the lockdowns with the help of Damien Eggs who rebuilt the engine and gearbox, Leigh Woodward rebuilt the generator and carburetor and Skidlidz did the painting.
The bike was fully reassembled and commissioned using as many original parts as possible.
Many, many hours spent on the rebuild of this bike and I'll genuinely be sad to sell it, however, new projects force this sale.
Just for general information buying and building the bike cost in excess of £20k, not including my own many hours, but I feel it is a good opportunity for someone to enjoy and benefit from the love that has been put into this bike.
The last photographs uploaded are of the project when I purchased it. The project came with its original registration plates but after lots of communication with DVLA and due to to not holing any paperwork for the bike they wouldn't allow the old reg to be reinstated and after their inspections have issued an age related plate which is now on the bike.
The uploaded video is of the bike running at the beginning of this year after lying dormant for the winter, the only changes to the bike since are that I have painted the speedo/dash surround green and fitted an original luggage rack, everything else is as per the video/pictures.
This is a genuine sale of a great bike that just needs to be ridden and appreciated.
