Kawasaki 750 H2 Triple 1972 Blue, not H1, Z1

KAWASAKI 750 H2 TRIPLE. 1972. IMPORTED FROM THE USA. NOW REGISTERED. MOT'D AND TAXED IN THE UK. classed as an HISTORIC VEHICLE so road tax is £0.00!

Chassis no H2F-046**. Engine no H2E-045**. classed as matching numbers (actually only 30 apart!)

Mileage show is 11.025 but cannot be relied on as it's 41 years old!

Well. where to start! Bike has undergone a thorough and extensive rebuild/restoration with lots of new parts. rechroming. powder coating. painting. re- zincing etc.

Frame. swinging arm. stands. rear guard and "black" parts have been blasted and powder coated.

Bodywork beautifully repainted using RB's decals.

Re-chroming including. kickstart. rear brake lever. rear brake drum lever. rear footrest bars. gear change lever. adjusters and splined end. handlebars. headlamp rim. grab rail. exhaust connectors. indicator stems. nuts. bolts. washers as required. etc. etc.

Exhaust itself has all been re-chromed. it's not absolutely perfect/ as new. but very very nice

Re-zincing or replacement of other bolts. spindles. spacers. nuts. washers. etc.

New. fork stanchions and seals. fuel filler cap. seat. tyres and inner tubes. chain and sprockets. hydraulic steering damper. indicators. brake lines. some cables. battery. rear shock springs. tool tray. nuts. bolts washers. fuel lines. levers etc.

Fuel tap fitted with new seals. front brake master cylinder is nice so just fitted with new seal/piston kit.

Wheels. front original rim and spokes. very nice. rear original rim. respoked. rim excellent but does have a few very small marks.

Engine. barrels and heads blasted. nice crank. barrels bored new forged pistons and rings (see pic). NOTE. NEEDS RUNNING IN! (done very few miles!). Engine and box oil seals replaced.

Engine casings. front fork sliders lightly polished by GJF in Stafford

All in a damn nice bike. starts easily. sounds superb. all electrics work and rides as you would expect!

Early model with the single frame down tube cross brace and the barrels with the high square cut transfers in the bottom of the liner!
