Velocette KSS 1937 OHC

For sale is a Very Rare 1937 Velocette KSS 350cc OHC. This early model, first registered on 1/7/1937, comes with its original registration number CFD 336 (transferable). The bike has all documents, including the old-style logbook and the new V5, showing the correct numbers and only 3 owners from new, with 29,586 km on the clock.

This very original KSS was recently taken out of the Black & Gold Museum, where it had been on display, and was previously owned by Velocette expert Roy Brown for many years. The bike has been recently recommissioned with new oils and fuel, a new 6V battery, and a Podtronics regulator fitted. The tank has also had an ethanol-proof liner installed.

The bike runs and rides very well, with a solid engine and gearbox, sounding excellent. Velocette KSS models are becoming increasingly rare, and this one is a fantastic example, perfect for someone looking for a classic bike to enjoy next summer.
