Genuine and rare original Lambretta TV175 series 2, ulma, vigano, mod style

For sale my much loved and cherished Lambretta TV175 series 2 (rare early French model) scooters like this do not come on the market for sale very often particularly a scooter that has won all the major shows up and down the country with many "best of show" awards. winner at Isle of Wight. Brighton Mod Weekender etc. it has been featured in "Scootering Magazine" not once but twice including front cover billing (not many scooters achieve this) also scooter calendars. club flyers. e. c as well as a couple of stints on telly ! the scooter itself was finished in a "mod" style to the very highest standards. just look at the photos. totally original and genuine. original unmolested engine and frame. with perfect readable numbers. before restoration this scooter was excellent condition wise hence retains all its original hard to source parts including the half moon ignition (restored by the master. Jem Booth) still with its original key. all locks original to this scooter. tool box lock. steering lock again with original keys and in perfect working order. skinny front dampers. rear light. e...
The scooter has perfect bodywork as again it was in tip top original condition when i purchased it 5 years ago. absolutely no body filler here just perfect straight metal as will be seen in the full photographic restoration that will come with the scooter. i had in my collection a new old stock front mudguard and sidepanels that ive had chromed by the best "Quality Chrome of Hull". the rest of the bodywork has been restored/painted using the correct paint for the time. cellulose and has had meticulous attention to detail lavished on it. i think you will agree the results are stunning. a mix of 3 Innocenti colours. blues and gold with a 4th colour overlay of rosso shock red that turns pinkish in the sun. i will let the pictures do the talking.
The scooter comes with a whole host of rare and original accessories including a genuine SAT seat (recovered by Glasgows finest Classic Car upholsterers in period leopard print material i had shipped over from the U. S). Golfball horncast embellisher. fiamme footboard extentions. ulma wheel disc. feridax screen. raydot dl78s. alpine horns. Innocenti clock. all accessories were rechromed whether they needed it or not so no poor chrome plating here (all chrome work carried out by Quality Chrome of Hull. although im sure anyone interested in this scooter will see everything they need to see in the pictures. however i will email full list to any interested parties. as you will also see it has been fitted with a stunning custom made left/right twin exhaust system. based on an original item. again ive had the whole system fully chromed by "Quality Chrome of Hull" it is lightweight and has a 5 point fitment so looks and performs brilliantly and actually works. over 500 miles ridden with this exhaust with no issues at all. the exhaust is much admired.
Engine wise its a completely standard TV175 with the exception of a GP crank and electronic ignition system. it is a wonderfully reliable Lambretta. one of the best i have ever owned in over 30 years of Lambretta ownership. the engine was subject to a full engine rebuild by Pete Merchant of "Solely Scooters" (Manchester) at a cost of £1. 00 only 1. 00 miles ago so good for plenty more miles/fun yet.
It will come with a full photographic restoration record plus all receipts. bills etc.

the scooter has full mot and tax and is ready to ride. this Lambretta is not an ornament to sit in someones conservatory. this is a ridden scooter. so you know it will take you where you need to go. its not an untried never been on the road new restoration. not the quickest but very very reliable. i have ridden this for the last 4 years so it does have the odd mark here and there. however if you think it looks good in the photos its ever better in the flesh. guaranteed you will not be disappointed.
