Description
This is a hard decision but it has come time to move on to the next bike. this was my second bike bought as a present to myself for my 30th. it has never been on the road in the wet and has only covered 1350 miles from new. 600 of them since the last service. annual service is now due usually around £90 from triumph. TAX is brand new this year so runs till Jan next year and all you will need to do is chuck it through an MOT which it will pass without issue.
As you can imagine this bike is absolutely spot on and you will feel like you have just come out of the dealers showroom when you pick this up right down to the extra key still sealed and the wallet with all the paperwork inside. triumph branded of course. The bike was customised from new which made the total price just shy of £11.000 and I have the original sale receipt from the original owner. Included in this was having the arrow race can. which was non standard on the 2011 model. loads of Triumph carbon fibre replacement pieces all official triumph parts at great expense to get rid of any plastic or aluminium parts around the bike and has as much carbon fibre as you can add really. even the chain guard and heel guards. The guy had the paint protection kit put on it which is the clear plastic tank guard material so you don't need a tank guard stuck on as this stuff protects the tank area. and also lets UV through so the paint ages with the rest of the tank )clever). It also has had the body matched seat cover bought for the rear as shown in the pics. this is due to the rear sets being removed and blanked off (even the blanking plates are triumphs own)
All of the parts removed were never used on the bike as it came from the shop fitted out with the extras so they all come with the bike boxed up for you to do as you wish with them. including the brand new original exhaust back box. chainguard. bar ends. plastic rear brake reservoir. levers. heels guards both sides. rear seat. rear sets (footrests) and original drivers seat. The main seat is Triumphs GEL version for extra comfort on the road as this is an animal of a bike to ride and I always find any extra comfort you can add the better. Brake Levers have been replaced with aftermarket red anodised adjustable ones. which are shorty's and look great. also the bar ends and weights were removed to make way for the red anodised bar ends. Also anodised red/carbon fibre lifting bobbins on the rear wheels. Rear brake fluid container is anodised triumph replacement could never get the front one as they don't do it for this model but now appears for the 2014 model they now do the front one for £58 quid and I imagine it will fit. This also has the trip computer telling you the time miles per gallon. average MPG average speed etc. etc. you can also setup different shift lighting for the gearshift indicator as well as changing the revs that it tells you to change and what gear you are in. as well as a built in track timer which lap resets from the starter button as you go round a track (if you do so!)
Pillion seat obviously comes with this as well. which can be switched from the rear cowl with an Allen key bolt. Lastly for add-ons it has carbon covering around the ignition area where you put the key and I bought £200 quids worth of R&G radiator guards as the rads are very very exposed in these otherwise. So these guards will all come fitted on the bike. This bike is amazing and ill be sad to see it go.
You really are buying a massive amount of bike here. No expense spared on the care of this bike and it will be sad to see it go.
Feel free to ask questions. I'm looking for a 1000cc bike preferably a ZX10r or something in that ballpark so a part ex might be arranged. Proposition me with bike details and we can do a deal. Also offers of part ex on a track bike with all the gear for racing as I'm thinking of getting into casual racing and could do with a full track bike with trailer and spares etc. So if anyone's getting out of the racing game then try me :)
Grab your self the best example of the best bike I would say has been produced to date (not counting the new version of this bike as I hate the shape!).
