Suzuki RG500 Gamma. nsr400, rd500, rd350, rgv250

One owner RG500! I purchased this RG500 in 1985 brand new from Aeros Suzuki dealership in Norbury.
The bike has been well looked after (several receipts to prove). I have not used this bike in years & just cant justify keeping it. (new mot last September & bike not even taken out at all)!The bike was last rebuilt in 2007 ( pistons. rings. new disc valve outer seats etc.) & has done very few miles until taken off the road in 2009. I start the bike on a regular basis & the battery is a fairly new Yuasa brand. The bike is in very good condition other then the usual RG500 traits (small crack in fairing where mirrors are but can hardly be noticed. light crack on tailpiece again. not easy to notice & some fading to the 'Suzuki' sticker on the back). The frame has been polished but is completely standard & unaltered. It has brand new spark plugs & air filter. The tyres are hardly used (still has the dimples on them) & the chain & sprockets are also like new & hardly used. I have changed the front calipers for more efficient ones which work very well but i do have the complete standard set which come with the bike (see picture) if you do so wish to put them back on the bike. Also. i have replaced the standard rear shock with an aftermarket shock (emc quadrant). Once again. i have kept the standard shock & it comes with the bike incase you decide to put it back on.
