1981 Laverda Mirage 1200

Registered March 30th 1981 this 1200cc triple cylinder Laverda has been well cared for over the years and comes with a nice history file containing many bills and receipts for maintenance work. the most important being a cylinder head overhaul in 1994 at 15.568 Km and a replacement cam shaft and shims in 1998. The current mileage of 19.900 Km is believed genuine as we have MoT's that go back to '87 showing 14.504 Km at that time. Remaining in very good overall condition and in excellent running order the bike had a carb overhaul and tune up last year but has been used little since. Not often seen the relatively rare Mirage is an excellent alternative to the Jota for those seeking a Laverda triple and would seem good value in the current market. However these bikes pack a serious punch and are just as exhilarating to ride. Offered with UK road documents and a new UK MoT muscle bikes of the 1980's don't get much better than this.
