1969 BSA A75 “ROCKET-3”

Here is a 1969 MKI BSA Rocket 3 in mint or even show condition.
It starts easily and sounds fantastic. no mechanical noises and no smoke.
Chokes are not fitted and it does take a while to warm the engine up. The choke slides and cables are included with the bike.
Speedo & rev counter are both as new looking and working well. The charging system is working well all good lights etc. etc.
Mileage since 2010 is believed to be the 1930 showing although it must me said the bike is pristine it doesn't appear to have been used.
There are no oil leaks. all engine fins are undamaged. Gearbox and clutch are all excellent.
The bike comes with V5C registration document. Registration number is PNT859G.
Frame number is AC 01120-A75R
Engine number is DC 02878-A75R These numbers match the V5C document.
There is an MOT valid until March 2014 and historic class (free) road tax disc valid until March 2014 also.
Cosmetically this one is easy to describe - LIKE NEW! It really is difficult to fault.
The paintwork on the frame is excellent high quality enamel. The paint on the tank & sides is beautifully professionally done to a really outstanding standard.
All chrome work is mint.
Front tyre is a hardly used Dunlop TT100. rear is a half worn TT100.
The indicators are an after thought but could be easily removed. The original front footrests and rear brake pedal is included. but the riding position afforded by the rear-sets is really good.
Side & centre stands are fitted and are in excellent condition.
