Royal Enfield 535cc Cafe Racer Big Bore 535 Engine

Here we have my Royal Enfield 535cc retro-looking cafe racer. This bike has had hundreds of hours and a fortune spent by a quality restorer, making it one of the nicest examples you can find. It is in excellent condition, having only covered 18k miles. The engine has had a new 535cc barrel fitted with a high compression piston, gas-flowed head with larger valves and competition valve springs. Fitted with competition/fast road cams, giving loads more power without losing tractability and reliability. Reliable easy starter.

New Amal concentric 1-1/4" carburettor, suitably jetted. It is fitted with a new swept-back exhaust system and a Goldstar-type silencer with a removable baffle, so you can make the most of the power if required. The front wheel is fitted with a twin leading-shoe brake covered with a new stainless mudguard. The fork stanchion covers and chrome headlamp are new and are finished off with a rare alloy twin clock cassette with a speedo and new Smiths rev counter and new Ace bars.

It has a very expensive alloy tank and racing seat with a wrap-around battery cover and the correct rear mudguard. The lighting is all new and has some dinky cat's-eye indicators. It has a pair of gear change/brake pedal rear sets fitted, which have been manufactured from stainless steel. A new rear drive chain is fitted. The bike has just been MOT'd.

This is a great bike, ready for some summer fun. The first genuine person to see will buy.
