Harley-Davidson Style Custom Chop

This Bike is a one off build by Polar Cycles of Doncaster

It was featured in April 2008's Back Street Hero's

The Spec's are as follows

Engine is a 124" Polished S&S with a RevTech 6 Speed Gear box with a BDL open Belt Primary

The frame. exhaust. fuel tank. oil tank. handle bars and swing arm are all one offs by polar cycles as is the multi plate oil cooler cover on the front.

the rear tyre is a 240x16 the front a 21"

the brakes are by Yorn. headlight by Fred Kodlin switch gear by Arlen Ness.

All in this bike stands me at about £30. 00 and I never did that much mileage on it dispite my best intentions.

The paints damaged in a few places and it could do with a dam good clean

If I get chance I'll put 12 months MOT on it before its sold it already has 12 months Tax

Its spent most of its life in storage either in polar cycles shop or in my kitchen. I bet the engine hasn't even done 2000 miles

So this is your chance to grab a bargin. ither to ride as it is or as a very good start on another project. it still turns heads and even picked up a trophy at last years Rock and Bike show

Its built for a Tall ridder (i'm 6'4") and if your not tall enough the foot controls may need moving.

As Polar cycles built it I'm sure (for a price) they'd be happy to do any modifications you require.

If that's the case and you can't get it there yourself I will happily ride it down to them at no cost (once the bike is paid for )
