Scomadi TL300 Scooter (Vespa GTS 300 Engine, GP Lambretta, Hand built in UK)

No expense spared on this hand-built in UK professional Lambretta auto - If you are into scooters you don't need me to say too much but the 'extra special' bits on this Scomadi include a genuine GTS300 engine fitted with the full Malossi V4 head & cylinder kit. a full Dr Pulley Variator with 'rollers' and HiT Clutch (all brand new). To be supplied fully serviced with new belt and oil / filter change so ready to ride for at least 6000 miles hassle free :) The current engine has covered about 2000 miles as I swapped the original out following a water-pump issue.

No14 has heated grips. wavy discs. full set of Bitubo Shock absorbers. full gel seats (including original which I had inserts fitted into and will supply with scoot). Heidenau wet weather tyres which are awesome (with brand new spare to go with scoot).

This is the best of both worlds. looks of a Lambretta with better performance and reliability of a modern Piaggio engine. It really is something special that needs to be appreciated by a real enthusiast. machines like this won't come up for sale very often. and with a lengthy waiting list to get your hands on the base model if you know your scooters then you'll know what an opportunity this is. and it won't be around long. You will also have an idea how much this machine cost and see I'm letting it go for someone else to enjoy at a very realistic price.

I've had some great fun and love this scoot but need to make way for new projects. if it goes in the next week then fine it goes whilst its still in fantastic condition and won't disappoint but I have no need to sell so be quick before I change my mind! As a scooterist I may consider taking something in part ex but to be clear this scoot goes nowhere without full cleared funds in my hand / bank. I'm sure you understand that but got to make it clear :)

I have this insured on my classic multi-bike policy. I'll give details to the buyer. it rides as you would expect. like a tuned Lammy without the vibrations and a real world all day long cruising speed of 80 or so mph (slightly quicker than a GTS300 but with quite a bit more power due to the V4 etc.). It uses very slightly more fuel than a GTS but only slightly more and the same range in terms of distance.

I have the original Head / Barrel. clutch etc. to go with it. along with all docs. keys. order forms. reg request docs etc.

The scoot will be fully serviced on collection. it has never been scraped / dropped / stolen or anything else. just ridden! Its been on TV! Pics have been in Scootering magazine (if you look hard enough in last months its at the VMSC snaps). and its won trophies at rallies - This is the real deal. nothing bodged!

You are welcome to view the scooter. I can deliver if you pay my costs and return train journey or petrol for whoever brings me back but only by riding the scoot over to you so please bear that in mind of course collection is preferred and the only way I could pass on the parts I am letting go with it. i. e Seat. New tyre. GTS300 barrel / Head / Clutch ans Spare belt / Oil/ Coolant.
