Triumph 1936 L2/1 Lightweight 4-speed 250 OHV, Very Rare Bike

250 OHV Engine. 4 Speed Gearbox.

Designed by Val Page and only made for 2 years a factory lightweight.

Had forged flywheel and rock solid bottom end with excellent sump lubrication and the bolt through barrel and head made it very strong.

All this made the build cost considerably higher than the competitors.

Excellent unrestored condition. can easily be made for concourse. my mechanic recently recommissioned and had a long test ride. was full of praise.

Recently reading an article by Real Classic (RC 106) suggests there may only be 19 of these bikes left these days.
