1976 Ducati 900SS Bevel

We are selling this stunning 1976 Ducati 900SS on behalf of a long term customer. He has decided to reduce the size of his motorcycle collection to a more manageable level.
There is a lot of information and history that comes with this machine. I will highlight the main points of interest but please feel free to call to find out more of the bikes known history.

Built in early 1976 the bike appears on the Ducati bevel register. The frame and engine numbers correspond to this register.

The bike was shipped to and registered in the UK in 1979. The know history starts from 1989 when it was bought by a gentleman in Newport. South Wales. It was in a somewhat unloved condition when he acquired it. In 1999 the bike was taken to Brancato engineering of Oxford. Part of the work they carried out included a full engine strip. upgrade and re build. The documentation includes details of the engine work and upgrades. Needless to say this work was extensive and expensive.

Our customer bought the bike from the Newport owner in 2009. During his ownership its been stripped. rebuilt and re finished it to its original colours and condition. Again there is a long list of work done and parts used. It has been up and running. as you see it now. since 2013. It starts. runs and rides better than when it was new. It sounds fantastic. its currently MOT'd until September.
