1977 Ducati 860SS "Replica" - a UK registered machine in spectacular condition!

This spectacular machine has been painstakingly crafted with great consideration to design. detail and high quality workmanship using genuine parts. The fully documented project. based on an 860GT. was been completed for her owner by "Made in Italy Motorcycles". The result is a very beautiful motorcycle which we are delighted to offer for sale.

The inspiration for the project is of course the wonderful "green frame" 750 Super Sport (and do you remember Kenny Blake's amazing victory in Australia on his 860SS ?). However. the design sets out to be obvious as a "custom build" with its colour scheme effectively a monochrome version of the green frame bike finished with a lovely one off red leather saddle on SS seat base.

The work completed by "Made in Italy Motorcycles" includes;

reworked frame to suit SS bodywork and panels tank with Monza filler re-painted frame. bodywork & fairing 900SS instruments and console clip on bars 750 Contis rebuilt wheels with Borrani rims and new Pirelli tyres Ikon rear shocks re-built forks

Preparation. She will be roadtested and prepared for sale and delivery in our workshop here at Classic Bikes Ltd.

Storage. If you buy the bike but would like her stored before delivery. the bike can stay here for up to 6 months at no charge to you. After 6 months storage is charged at £6 per week.

Delivery in UK. Free delivery of up to 100 miles in our van is included in our price. Delivery for greater distance is available in our van at 45p/mile. charged on total mileage within the UK.
