The Price: The price above is our Special Straight Sale Price. that means it's our best straight price for the bike without a trade-in. if you walk into our showroom you will see this bike priced considerably higher to allow for trade ins. Trade In: If you have a trade-in it can only be accepted by taking your bike to our showroom (in Northern Ireland) so we can view it and give you a trade-in valuation.
Delivery: Delivery to anywhere in UK arranged by us within 4-5 days for £150 (may be slightly higher for highlands of Scotland or inner London and Islands). We are one of the largest main dealers in Northern Ireland and regularly send bikes to customers in GB. Europe and USA.
Using Credit Cards for payment: We often get asked by customers if they can use their credit card to purchase a bike. We are unable to accept cards for bike purchases. it's simply too risky for us. much too open for fraud and charge backs. There is a Work Around though. you can easily make a money transfer from your credit card to your bank account and then do a bank transfer to us as per our normal terms.
Need Finance? We can only offer finance if your actually in store. not over the phone. however there are many online personal loan providers.
How do you proceed to buy? Simple. give us a bell. we will take a deposit by card (usually £100 or £200) plus your name and the address you want the bike delivered to. The balance of payment is made by bank transfer and the bike is dispatched upon cleared funds on a palletised service to your door. We build the bike crates/pallets ourselves and carefully strap the bike down and wrap them prior to dispatch. the bike is insured for damage during transport. The bike comes to you on a tail-lift equipped lorry and the palletised bike is off loaded onto the road/driveway at your house/premises. by the driver using a pallet truck. Its best for you to have 2 people for unstrapping the bike and wheeling it of its pallet base after its been delivered. It's a Simple process and we are well used to it over the last 5 years.
Your Right To Refuse: All bikes bought by customers without having seen the bike in the flesh come with a 5 day right to refuse after delivery by law.
